I’ve always been the person who looks at a chaotic workflow and sees the hidden geometry beneath it. Early in my career, I realized a fundamental truth: Your business is perfectly designed to get the results it’s getting. To change the results, you have to change the design.


I don't believe in "hustling" through a broken process. I believe in building systems so robust that growth becomes a byproduct, not a burden.


My "Hands-In" Philosophy:  I’m not a consultant who drops a 50-page strategy deck and disappears. I’m a practitioner. I get into the trenches with you to experience the friction firsthand. Whether it’s auditing a "leaky" tech stack, automating your finance workflows with AI, or aligning a remote team, I stay until the new design is running smoother than the old one.
